Review: Lullaby Renditions of Coldplay

I received a copy of Rockabye Baby! Lullaby Renditions of Coldplay a couple weeks ago (thanks, Jon!) and I've listened to it quite a bit since then. If you're a Coldplay fan and you're interested in interesting takes on the band's music, I'd say this is one of the best renditions of Coldplay I've heard (other than the band itself, of course). The album features lullaby versions of Coldplay hits such as "Clocks," "Yellow," "The Scientist," and "Trouble" that would be great for babies to listen to, but are just as fun for adults. If I had to choose between this album and the bluegrass tribute album I reviewed last year, I'd pick the lullaby album, hands down.
I've added a link to the top of the sidebar of this site so you have a convenient way to head on over to Amazon.com and check out the tracklist and some of the other Rockabye Baby releases (I bet the Radiohead version is pretty cool, too).
Anyway, if you don't own this yet and you call yourself a Coldplay fan, you should. So what are you waiting for? Check it out.
