Coldplay is releasing a few odds and ends as a digital EP in another music-industry-related way to help hurricane victims.

The band put a digital EP, Fix You, onto iTunes today. The collection gathers the title track, taken from its latest, X&Y (Capitol). It pulls "The World Turned Upside Down" from the vaults, where it's been stashed since the X&Y sessions, as well as a couple live tracks ("Pour Me" [sic] and "Fix You"). All proceeds from the sale of the downloads will be contributed to the Red Cross' Hurricane Katrina relief efforts.
