Quick Update

Hopefully all of you have gone out and bought Coldplay's latest DVD/CD release, "Live 2003," by now. If not, what are you waiting for? It's awesome.

Apparently Chris was pretty nervous when they were filming the DVD. He told NME "you’re like slave to the camera and you’re thinking all the time 'I better do something interesting', but sometimes you end up just sitting totally still, petrified about doing anything."

Remember to take the following with a grain of salt (or two), but Teen Hollywood is reporting that Chris and his girlfriend Gwyneth Paltrow have been house-hunting in London recently, apparently eyeing a home that isn't even on the market (but that I'm sure they can both afford).

Billboard reports that Best Buy will be releasing a small Christmas CD on November 28th called "Sweet Tracks." Apparently Coldplay is featured on the release, alongside artists like Jewel and Sting.

This one somehow slipped past me this summer, but Zombieguide.com has said that Coldplay performed a live cover of The Cranberries' hit song "Linger." Did any of you get to hear this? If so, let me know. Apparently Chris introduced the song by saying "We love Thanksgiving food so you should all enjoy this one."

And finally, according to MTV, renowned hip-hop producer Timbaland is considering retiring, but says that he would reconsider if Coldplay were interested. "The only [artist] I'd like to do a song with is Coldplay," he said. "That's the only one I really want to work with now."
