Jon Buckland

Biography

Jonny Buckland was born on September 11, 1977 in London, England. When he was 4 years old his family moved to Mold, North Wales. Jonny, who now plays lead guitar for Coldplay, began playing guitar after hearing the Stone Roses. Prior to joining the band he studied Astronomy and Mathematics and worked as a school janitor.
